Day 1 - Travel to Washington, DC. Afternoon arrival. Lunch on own at the Madison Building. Visit the NEW Capitol Visitor's Center. Tour the U.S. Capitol Building (as available). Visit the Library of Congress. New to the Library is the Library of Congress Experience featuring the Passport of Knowledge. This program offers "hands-on" interaction with rare cultural treasures. Tour the U.S. Supreme Court Building (as available). Dinner at the Brio Tuscan Grille. This is a Italian five course chef-led meal. The chef will talk about each item you will be eating as well as offering cooking tips. Check into your suburban hotel for a two night stay. Enjoy a wine and cheese reception upon arrival.

Day 2 - Enjoy a full day at the Metropolitan Cooking & Entertaining show. You will have reserved seats for a Celebrity Cooking Presentation. You will have a choice of Paula Deen or Bobby Flay. Enjoy Live Cooking Demonstrations featuring DC Metro's hottest chefs. Attend fun and informative Tasting and Entertaining Workshops that will help you improve your cooking and entertaining skills. Dinner at the Rock Bottom Brewery.

Day 3 - Visit the White House Visitor's Center. Stop at the White House for a Photo Opportunity. Enjoy a guided tour of the monuments to include: Iwo Jima, Vietnam, Lincoln and Korean Memorials. Lunch at the Thunder Grill in Union Station. Depart for Home.
